— MADD Talent Outreach
We provide trauma-informed care, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families impacted by violent crime. You are not alone.

Compassionate, culturally responsive support.
Crisis intervention to long-term healing.
Empowering survivors through advocacy.
Chicago's West & South Side communities.
The vision of MADD is to create an alternative opportunity for youth who are abused, exploited, or have lost the power to choose a better path.
In survival mode, dreaming isn't an option. The focus is finding a place to sleep each night. This struggle often leads to life-altering mistakes and imprisonment. Without family support, many turn to the streets, finding a sense of belonging in a street family — which can lead to further challenges.
Healing hearts. Building futures. Changing lives.
Our goal at MADD is to connect and partner with nonprofit organizations across several states to create an ecosystem that allows youth to receive the support they may not have at home — nurturing their talents through dance, basketball, entrepreneurship, singing, and more while bringing light to the darkness they may be experiencing.
Together we will assist in funneling this program through funding and working together toward one common goal: implementing effective measures to ensure no more children die from abuse. If a parent cannot care for their child, they should have the option to safely surrender them. There is no justification for children to suffer from neglect or abuse.

— Transitional Housing Program
Support after violence. Hope for tomorrow.
MADD Talent Outreach offers transitional housing and social services for victims of violent crime across Chicago's west and south sides and nearby suburbs.
We operate a scattered-site housing model serving people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or fleeing unsafe conditions — survivors of trauma, violence, or displacement, willing to engage in case management, with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
MissionTo restore stability, dignity, and opportunity through safe housing, community connection, and comprehensive wraparound supports that address the unique challenges faced by victims of crime.
VisionTo empower victims to become independent survivors, living free from the fear of violence.
We support adults — and, when appropriate, their dependent children — whose housing needs arise from or contribute to their victimization.
Chicago's west and south sides, plus nearby suburban areas.
